Small little inn with very frindly and thoughtful reception! Nirav was an absolute wonderful person and tended to all our needs! They even had breakfast available at all hours and did good in restock! Definitely coming back when im in Cleveland!

I would call the service I received here exceptionally good even if it had been advertised as a 4-star hotel and not 2. At no point in any of my handful of interactions with them were the staff anything other than kind, conscientious, and helpful to a degree far beyond any expectation I may have had before arriving. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I have severe allergies to scented products. I called ahead to discuss my concerns since it was recently changed. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a scent free room. They checked with me every day to make sure my stay was pleasant. I've stayed at this location for 20 years and this was by far my most pleasant stay.

I was very pleased with this hotel. It isn't perfect, but it is clean and quiet. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. There are places to eat nearby. And it is not far from Cleveland. It's perfect for those who want to visit the city but want to stay somewhere quiet. I stayed for about a week while up here for work and I will stay again in the future.

Semi parking, pet friendly, nice quite and safe place, near a good variety of food options. Rooms are always clean. They also have shower stuff, incase you forget yours. Beds are comfy. I stay here often when we come to family functions. Everyone is so nice and you always see a smiling face.

Nirav (one of the staff members) was amazing. Super engaging, led an easy check in and check out, and even upgraded my friend and I to a better room! Truly great service and the room was nice too! Would definitely recommend and stay again.
